📘 Instructions
- Step 1: 1. Prepare yeast dough using flour, yeast, oil, salt, and water. Knead until smooth and let rise for 1 hour.
- Step 2: 2. Spread the dough on a greased baking tray, forming a round base with raised edges.
- Step 3: 3. Slice suluguni cheese into 2 cm rings and place evenly on the dough.
- Step 4: 4. Fill each cheese ring with a piece of herring. Optionally, drizzle a little of the herring oil underneath.
- Step 5: 5. Sprinkle marjoram and chopped herbs over the pizza.
- Step 6: 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.
