📘 Instructions
- Step 1: 1. Peel the apples, remove the cores, grate them coarsely, and immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Step 2: 2. Peel and grate the carrots. Remove the tough fibers from the celery, rinse, and slice it thinly.
