📘 Instructions
- Step 1: 1. Prepare a sponge-based yeast dough using flour, yeast, warm water, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Let rise until doubled.
- Step 2: 2. Roll out the dough into a large circle. Leave one-third of the surface empty.
- Step 3: 3. On the remaining two-thirds, layer cooked beef, cottage cheese, hard cheese, butter, and seasonings.
- Step 4: 4. Lightly moisten the edges with water, fold the dough over the filling, and press to seal.
- Step 5: 5. Brush the surface with olive oil, sprinkle with grated cheese and dried herbs.
